Our 1-Year Warranty Promise
- Every watch purchased from ChronoTimepieces includes a complimentary 1-Year Limited Warranty.
- This warranty covers the watch's mechanical movement and functionality against defects under normal use.
- We authenticate every watch before we list it.
Manufacturer Warranty
Some pre-owned watches are still covered by their original manufacturer's warranty. When that's the case, we say so clearly in the watch's description.
For some brand new watches, only our 1-Year ChronoTimepieces Warranty applies. That's because we are not an authorized dealer for every brand we sell, so even though the watch is new, we can't activate the manufacturer's warranty. Either way, our 1-year warranty still covers the watch's mechanical function.

What Our 1-Year Warranty Covers
- Mechanical movement functionality and accuracy (within standard tolerances).
- Manufacturing defects related to the movement.
- Internal components essential for timekeeping.
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches on case/bracelet, strap wear).
- Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
- Damage caused by service or modification performed by unauthorized third parties.
- Cosmetic issues not affecting functionality.
- Battery replacement for quartz watches.
- Water damage if the watch's water resistance limits were exceeded or compromised by damage/unauthorized service.

We will evaluate your claim and provide instructions for securely shipping the watch to our service center.

Quality Control & Return
After repair, the watch undergoes thorough testing. We will then ship it back to you, fully insured.
