Our 1-Year Commercial Warranty
- Our 1-year commercial warranty is additional to your statutory consumer rights and does not replace or shorten them. Under Bulgarian consumer law, the seller is responsible for lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years after delivery, including for pre-owned goods. Statutory remedies are free of charge and may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination where the legal conditions are met.

Commercial Warranty Exclusions
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches on case/bracelet, strap wear).
- Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
- Damage caused by service or modification performed by unauthorized third parties.
- Cosmetic issues not affecting functionality.
- Battery replacement for quartz watches.
- Water damage if the watch's water resistance limits were exceeded or compromised by damage/unauthorized service.
