Our team inspects every watch on arrival for authenticity, functionality and performance. We work with an experienced local watchmaker who handles high-end and highly complicated watches daily. Watches are serviced when needed, and every watch we sell includes a 1-year commercial warranty.

Every watch comes with a 1-year commercial warranty covering mechanical defects, plus our lifetime authenticity guarantee. Our 1-year commercial warranty is additional to your statutory consumer rights and does not replace or shorten them. Under Bulgarian consumer law, the seller is responsible for lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years after delivery, including for pre-owned goods. Statutory remedies are free of charge and may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination where the legal conditions are met.

We accept bank transfers for all purchases. After you confirm your order, we send detailed payment instructions and documentation. Every transfer runs through secure banking channels.

Fully insured DHL Express shipping costs €49 to every destination DHL serves. Destination availability is subject to DHL service coverage. We use discreet packaging, with tracking and signature on delivery.

Yes. We can arrange an in-person viewing by appointment in Sofia, at our office or our local watchmaker's workshop. For international clients, we set up video calls with close-up views so you can inspect the watch in detail. Contact us to book a time.

Yes, we take luxury watches in trade against any purchase. Tell us about your watch: brand, model, condition, and whether you have the original box and papers. Photos help us give you an accurate first estimate.

We answer your questions after the sale and help arrange servicing when needed. Every watch includes our 1-year commercial warranty.

Notify us within 14 days after delivery to return your watch without giving a reason. You pay return shipping if you change your mind; we pay if the watch is faulty or not as described. See our returns policy for inspection and refund details. You may inspect the watch as you would in a shop to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Handling beyond what is necessary may result in a documented deduction for diminished value, only where legally permitted. Inspection, opened packaging or removed protective stickers do not automatically cancel your right of withdrawal.
