Payment Terms

• Payment for all watches must be made in full before shipment.
• We dispatch within 1–2 business days after cleared payment. International dispatch days are Monday–Thursday; within Bulgaria dispatch days are Monday–Friday. Same-day dispatch is an aim, not a guarantee.
• All payments must be made in Euro (EUR).
• By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

VAT Information (Margin Scheme)

All watches (both new and pre-owned) sold on ChronoTimepieces.com are subject to the EU Margin Scheme. This scheme applies to goods sourced within the EU where input VAT could not be deducted. Under this scheme, VAT is calculated on our profit margin rather than the full selling price, and it is not shown separately on your invoice. The price displayed on the product page is the final price you pay (excluding shipping).

Payment Security

Direct bank transfers run over secure, established banking networks. We recommend confirming our bank details directly on this page before you send payment. We watch incoming payments closely so each one is matched to the right order.

Refunds

We process refunds within 2 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned watch, without extending the statutory deadline. We refund within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice, including the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the watch or evidence that it has been sent back, whichever comes first. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. Any legally permitted diminished-value deduction will be explained and documented.
