Our Return Promise

• You may withdraw from your online purchase without giving a reason by notifying us within 14 days after delivery. Send the watch back within 14 days after notifying us. An unambiguous statement by email is sufficient; prior authorization is not required.
• You may inspect the watch as you would in a shop to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Handling beyond what is necessary may result in a documented deduction for diminished value, only where legally permitted. Inspection, opened packaging or removed protective stickers do not automatically cancel your right of withdrawal.
• We process refunds within 2 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned watch, without extending the statutory deadline. We refund within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice, including the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the watch or evidence that it has been sent back, whichever comes first. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. Any legally permitted diminished-value deduction will be explained and documented.
• For a change-of-mind withdrawal, you pay the direct cost of return shipping. Returns for faulty or nonconforming goods are handled under your statutory rights without charge.

How to Return Your Watch

Conditions for a Full Refund

To ensure a smooth return and full refund, please make sure the following conditions are met:

• You may inspect the watch as you would in a shop to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Handling beyond what is necessary may result in a documented deduction for diminished value, only where legally permitted. Inspection, opened packaging or removed protective stickers do not automatically cancel your right of withdrawal.
• Please return the packaging, accessories and documents supplied with the watch; missing items may affect value but do not automatically remove withdrawal rights.
• Keep protective materials where possible while inspecting the watch.
• Notify us within 14 days after delivery, then return the watch within 14 days after that notification.
• Modifications or use beyond necessary inspection may cause diminished value; any lawful deduction must reflect and document that loss.

Exchanging Your Watch

If you'd like to exchange your purchase for a different timepiece, please follow the standard return process outlined above. Once we receive and approve your return, you can place a new order for the desired watch. Alternatively, contact us directly to discuss exchange options, including any price differences.
