Welcome to ChronoTimepieces (https://chronotimepieces.com), operated by ChronoTime LTD ("us", "we", or "our"). These Terms of Service govern your use of our Site and the purchase of products. By using our Site and making a purchase, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you disagree with any part, please refrain from using our Site.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated terms apply to future orders. The terms accepted when your order was placed continue to govern that purchase, subject to mandatory law.

Age Requirement: You must be 18 years or older, or have the consent of a legal representative, to enter into a contract with us.

Ordering Process: You can place an order by following the prompts on our Site. You'll have a chance to review and correct your order before finalizing it. Clicking "Place order" constitutes a binding offer.

Contract Formation: The purchase contract becomes binding for both parties once your full payment has been received and cleared by us.

Prices shown on the Site are for the item only and do not include shipping costs, which are indicated separately during checkout. All payments must be made in Euro (EUR). Prices may change without notice prior to order confirmation.

All watches are sold under the EU Margin Scheme. VAT is included in the price shown but is calculated on our profit margin and not displayed separately. Learn more on our Payments page.

Fully insured DHL Express shipping costs €49 to every destination DHL serves. Destination availability is subject to DHL service coverage. We dispatch within 1–2 business days after cleared payment. International dispatch days are Monday–Thursday; within Bulgaria dispatch days are Monday–Friday. Same-day dispatch is an aim, not a guarantee. Transit and delivery days are Monday–Friday, both internationally and within Bulgaria. Estimated transit after dispatch is 1–2 business days within the EU and 2–4 elsewhere. Timing depends on the destination and customs; it is not guaranteed.

Please provide accurate delivery details. Any additional costs must be lawful, proportionate and explained; your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

You may withdraw from your online purchase without giving a reason by notifying us within 14 days after delivery. Send the watch back within 14 days after notifying us. An unambiguous statement by email is sufficient; prior authorization is not required.

You may inspect the watch as you would in a shop to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Handling beyond what is necessary may result in a documented deduction for diminished value, only where legally permitted. Inspection, opened packaging or removed protective stickers do not automatically cancel your right of withdrawal.

We process refunds within 2 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned watch, without extending the statutory deadline. We refund within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice, including the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the watch or evidence that it has been sent back, whichever comes first. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. Any legally permitted diminished-value deduction will be explained and documented.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, you are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for information before purchasing.

Our 1-year commercial warranty is additional to your statutory consumer rights and does not replace or shorten them. Under Bulgarian consumer law, the seller is responsible for lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years after delivery, including for pre-owned goods. Statutory remedies are free of charge and may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination where the legal conditions are met.

All watches come with a 1-Year ChronoTimepieces Commercial Warranty covering mechanical function, as detailed in our Warranty Policy. These commercial warranty exclusions do not limit statutory rights. This warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, accidental damage, water damage beyond specified limits, or unauthorized service.

Some watches may also have remaining manufacturer warranty; this will be noted in the product description. Any specific timekeeping characteristics are described in the individual listing; they do not limit your statutory conformity rights.

Our Site and services are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChronoTime LTD limits its liability for damages arising from ordinary negligence to the foreseeable loss typical for this type of contract. Any limitation applies only where lawful and does not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply to your purchase. Please contact us first about a dispute.
