The Rolex Daytona is widely regarded as an icon in the world of luxury watches, and it’s not difficult to see why. The model offers a truly timeless design with superb underlying functionality, backed by a vibrant racing heritage. Moreover, the market says you couldn’t sell your stainless steel Daytona at a loss even if you wanted to, so you could tell your wife it was an investment.
The Daytona Cosmograph ref. 116520 features a central hour, minutes, and chronograph seconds hand, as well as a small seconds indicator at 6 o’clock. The chronograph complication is accurate to 1/8th of a second and sports a 30-minute counter at 3 o’clock and a 12-hour counter at 9 o’clock. Thanks to its Oyster case and screw-down pushers and crown, the watch is water-resistant up to 100 meters. The ref. 116520 is powered by the in-house caliber 4130.
The watch on offer here is in superb condition – just polished per OEM specs and ticking per specs. Comes with its original box, but – regrettably no papers.
