Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Compressor Extreme World Chronograph ref. 150.8.22 – Full set, Rubber strap

While brands like Rolex and Omega have garnered recognition that has made them known to practically everybody inside and outside watch enthusiasts’ circles, there’s a family of brands that have remained less popular yet are more highly valued by discerning watch connoisseurs. The watch on offer here was made by one of those brands – Jaeger-LeCoultre. Due to its history of producing high-quality movements, parts, and tools for brands such as Vacheron Constantin, Audemars Piguet, and Patek Philippe, JLC is popularly referred to as the watchmaker’s watchmaker. Despite its reputation, however, it wasn’t until 2004 that the brand introduced its first in-house automatic chronograph – the caliber 752. The watch on offer here – the Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Compressor Extreme World Chronograph – is powered by the distinctly modern movement, which features a vertical clutch and column wheels, and boasts an impressive power reserve of 72 hours. As for the watch’s aesthetics – they encapsulate the essential tool-watch-style of the 2000s, while the dial delivers a degree of symmetry and sophistication which was not exactly common at the time. It also presents some cool and interesting design choices, such as the red power gauge and the aggressive trapezoid hour indices.
The watch comes in a full set of boxes and papers. It was serviced in late 2018 and is currently ticking accurately, currently shows some wear – scratches on the surfaces and the buttons. We can offer OEM specs polishing at a very reasonable price.

Covered by a limited warranty of 1 year, starting on the date of purchase.
