Graham is a Swiss-based manufacturer of Haute horology that celebrates the history of British watchmaking and British culture in general. The company is named after George Graham, the master clockmaker born in 1673, who lived and worked on Fleet Street, London. As it’s pretty easy to tell by looking at their timepieces, the brand targets the free spirits who are uninterested in convention, and its designs stand in firm affirmation of its philosophy. Take the watch on offer here, for example.
The Graham Silverstone RS Racing Chronograph draws inspiration from the eponymous Silverstone racing circuit and is, to put it simply, a big boy’s watch. The case is fashioned out of stainless steel, measures 46 mm in diameter, and has a thickness of 15 mm. However, despite its generous proportions, it wears more than adequately even on smaller wrists. The black checkered dial (carbon fiber pattern) features a combination of green and yellow details that, together with the brake-disc-styled small seconds indicator, emphasize the overarching sporty aesthetic of the watch. The tachymeter bezel further underlines that same aesthetic while at the same time grounding the design in the more traditional, not-as-avantgarde racing chronographs of the 1960s.
The Silverstone RS Racing is powered by the Graham caliber G1749, which features 25 jewels and boasts a power reserve of 48 hours.
Our offering is brand new, comes in a full set of boxes and papers, and is outfitted with its OEM red rubber strap. The latter mirrors the pattern of racing tires and complements the color palette of the dial.
Covered by a limited warranty of 2 years, starting on the date of purchase.
