The Rolex cal. 3000 is an in-house developed self-winding (automatic) movement. It was introduced by Rolex in 1990 and was used in their No date Submariner, Explorer and Air-King lineups. It has a frequency of 28,800 and a power reserve of 42 hours, COSC certification and 29 jewels.
