This Bovet is dated to the early 50s. It has the Landeron 51 movement in it – Bovet Signed, in really good condition, recently serviced – cleaned and oiled and ticking strong. The chronograph functions work perfectly – starts, stops and resets and the buttons are super tight. The case and the back look good, some minor wear here and there (case, crown and pushers), but the case was never polished and there are no deep dents or anything . The dial is awesome – blue telemeter scale, black tachymeter, two chronograph registers – constant seconds at 9 o’clock and minutes counter at 3 o’clock. The Crystal is clear – minor hairpins, but nothing deep that can not be polished away. Still has the original magnificent shade of blue hands and overall everything genuine vintage Bovet Fleurier watch. The strap has been worn a couple of times – brown genuine leather with Lizard Grain pattern.
