Tissot
Tissot is a Swiss luxury watch company that was founded in 1853 by Charles-Félicien Tissot and his son Charles-Émile Tissot
The company started out as a manufacturer of pocket watches and later expanded into producing wristwatches. Tissot has a long history of innovation and has been credited with introducing the first mass-produced pocket watch, the first dual time zone pocket watch, and the first plastic watch, among other innovations. In 1930, Tissot merged with Omega to form the Société Suisse pour l’Industrie Horlogère (SSIH), which eventually became the Swatch Group. Today, Tissot is known for producing high-quality watches that combine traditional Swiss craftsmanship with modern design and technology.
