HOW IT WORKS
Send us as much information as you can to get the best possible price for your timepiece. Once we have all the details required, we’ll give you our estimate. The process can take up to 1 day but usually takes no more than an hour.
We ship worldwide using DHL Express fully insured shipping. We strongly recommend you use their service as their reliability is proven. The delivery times are usually within 1-2 workdays in EU countries and 3-6 for the rest of the world. If you need help or want us to take care of shipping – please mention that in the additional info field or simply contact us directly.
Once your watch is with us, it goes through our verification process – it is checked for authenticity and undergoes several technical tests. This might take up to 2 workdays but is usually done within the day of receipt. After it is confirmed that the watch is as described, your money or watch will be sent out (according to our agreement).
Please note: Bank transfers usually take 1-3 workdays, and DHL Express delivers within 1-2 workdays in EU countries and 3-6 for the rest of the world.
