Rolex Air-King 34 Engine Turned bezel ref. 14010 – 1997, Superb condition, Roman Numerals dial

In 1945, Hans Wilsdorf gave the Air-King its name, which he intended as a tribute to the brave Royal Airforce pilots who had just returned from war. Having remained in production for over 70 years, the Air-King is the longest-standing model on the brand’s roster to date. It has barely undergone any changes in that time, and it still remains mostly true to the design of its distant predecessor.
This ref. 14010 dates to 1997, and it embodies a gentler, more sophisticated side of the esteemed Swiss watchmaker. Outfitted with a stainless steel Oyster case and Jubilee bracelet, the watch has a far stronger wrist presence than its 34 mm size would have you believe. The beautiful engine-turned bezel is a nice addition to the Oyster case since it sets the Air-King apart from the rest of Rolex’s models, and its detailed texture complements the pristine white dial. The latter is adorned with baton hands and applied baton indices.
The Rolex Air-King 14010 is powered by the in-house caliber 3000, which operates at 28,800 bph and boasts a power reserve of 43 hours. The movement is currently ticking per spec. Our offering is in superb condition.

Covered by a limited warranty of 1 year, starting on the date of purchase.
