Founded in 1860 by Louis-Ulysse Chopard in Sonvilier, Switzerland, Chopard is best known for its high-end watches and masterfully crafted jewelry. The brand’s modern collections somewhat blur the line between the two, however, resulting in an array of visionary and avant-garde timepieces. The Happy Sport Square on offer here is the perfect example.
It comes outfitted with an elegant yet sporty stainless steel case with a blue sapphire cabochon set in the crown. The mother of pearl dial complements the diamond-set bezel, comes adorned with applied indices, and features a date display at 4:30. Inside, five gorgeous diamonds move about freely, catching the light that comes in through the sapphire crystal. The piece’s sophisticated look is further enhanced by the brown crocodile leather strap, which features a signed buckle.
