The first-ever hermetically sealed case, the Oyster, made its debut in 1926, and it changed the watch industry for good. All these years later, it is still an integral part of the brands line-up, and it still stands out as one of the most important horological innovations of all time.
The watch on offer here – the ref. 114300 Oyster Perpetual – is without a doubt among its best uses to date. Discreet yet distinctive, the 114300 combines the versatility of a tool watch with the elegance of a dress piece. Its satin-brushed 39 mm steel case is complemented by a rhodium dial adorned with applied steel indices and delightful blue accents, as well as Chromalight markers at 3, 6, and 9 o’clock.
The certified superlative chronometer cal. 3132 inside features a Parachrom hairspring, incorporates the Paraflex shock protection system and boasts a power reserve of 48 hours.
Our offering is in excellent condition – just polished by OEM specs, comes as a watch only, and is outfitted with its original Oyster bracelet. Ticking per specs.
