Omega Seamaster Professional Apnea Chronograph ref. 2895.30.91 Jaques Mayol – Serviced & Polished per OEM Specs

OMEGA takes its maritime legacy very seriously, and rightly so.
Ever since the Seamaster’s introduction at the end of the 1940s, the brand has been at the very forefront of deepwater timekeeping and sporty-but-dapper aesthetics. It’s precisely these years of tradition and experience that have shaped the modern face of Omega, earning the manufacturer nearly universal acclaim along the way.
The Omega Seamaster Apnea was designed in collaboration with legendary apnea diver Jacques Mayol. Apnea, in case you’re wondering, is the technical term for the suspension of all breathing, which one needs to perform when freediving (that is, diving without a tank). This piece is as bold and unique as the record-holding Mayol who inspired it, and it incorporates all the design staples of the Seamaster Diver. What sets it apart from other iterations of the iconic model is the inclusion of 7 circular apertures that measure 14-minute increments by turning red – a complication meant to be used only by the very best divers.
As befits a professional diving instrument of this caliber, the Apnea Chronograph comes outfitted with a screw-down crown and features a high-contrast white enamel diving scale. The remarkable caliber 3601 that powers this beautiful timepiece is protected by a solid embossed caseback.
Our offering is in superb condition – just serviced and polished per OEM specs. Comes without any boxes or papers.
