Description

This Seiko Chronograph 6139-6012 is dated to the 70s. It has the inhouse cal. 6139 automatic movement in it – professionally serviced – cleaned, oiled and ticking strong and keeping good time. Interesting fact – Seiko 6139 is the first automatic chronograph watch movement to be developed. The watch is in super good condition, yet still it’s a worn piece, but everything on it is looking and working good. Comes on the original Seiko branded bracelet. Dial is black with lumed indexes and super crazy looking subdial on 6’o clock – it has aged very well and now looks like a tinny planet. Hands have some wear, but are all original and never relumed. The crystal is the original Seiko Hardlex, spotting small dots on 10 and 8’o clock. The case has never been polished and it is a good idea to keep it like it is – there are some scratches, but nothing deep.
Please note that in the macroshots everything looks a lot bigger and almost none of the imperfections are visible with naked eye in real life.
