Being the flagship of Corum’s lineup, the Bubble is produced in many variations, and it’s undoubtedly among the most popular models on the brand’s roster. It gets its name from its unusual sapphire crystal and represents a larger-than-life attitude and a disregard for conservative aesthetics. The ref. 082.310.98/0371 BR01 is one of the purer iterations of the model and showcases a rather minimalist combination of a black “propeller” dial with a PVD-coated case and a black rubber strap. The hour indices and hands come coated in a contrasting red Superluminova, which reflects the aggressive demeanor of the piece. Measuring in at 47 mm, it has an empowering weight to it – the kind you’d want a watch like this to have. Behind the display caseback, the caliber CO 082 automatic is ticking accurately.
