Founded in 1955, Montres Corum Sàrl – commonly referred to simply as Corum – is known for its high-quality limited edition watches. While many companies have tried and failed at the Limited Edition business model, Corum has not only succeeded – it has garnered critical acclaim in doing so. This is largely due to the unique aesthetic and bold design of its watches, which draw inspiration from everything from sporting events to historical figures and mythical creatures. The watch on offer here is part of Corum’s benchmark series – the Admiral’s Cup collection. Having been inspired by the Admiral’s Cup regatta, it’s sporting a sky blue dial with transferred nautical flags as hour markers. The gleaming rhodium-plated hands are reminiscent of water ripples in the Sun – an impression further emphasized by the light blue backdrop – and the stainless steel case is snazzy, yet classy, with the dodecagonal bezel adding in a pinch of sexiness. The watch comes on a steel bracelet with a double folding buckle. The Corum is brand new and comes in full set. The reference of the watch is A082/03262, but is also known as 082.200.20/V200 BC12 or A082/03262 – 082.200.20/V200 BC12.
Covered by a limited warranty of 1 year, starting on the date of purchase.
