This latest version of the Moonwatch comes with a sleek and modern aesthetic, while still retaining the timeless design elements that have made it so beloved by watch enthusiasts for decades. It’s 42 mm stainless steel case features a black ceramic bezel with a tachymeter scale, as well as a sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment on both sides. The caseback is also made of sapphire crystal, allowing for a clear view of the iconic Omega caliber 1861 manual-winding movement inside, upgraded only a bit with Co-Axial escapement and Master Chronometer certification.
The black dial is simple and legible, with contrasting white indices and hands filled with Super-LumiNova for enhanced visibility in low-light conditions. The iconic Moonwatch hands are present, including the centrally-mounted chronograph seconds hand, as well as the small seconds sub-dial at 9 o’clock and the 30-minute chronograph recorder at 3 o’clock.
This ref. Speedy comes with a brushed steel bracelet with polished mid-links, Transparent caseback and saphire crystal on both the fron and the back.
