The Grand Seiko SBGV223 is a stunning timepiece that seamlessly blends modern technology with heritage design. It is powered by a Quartz movement – the cal. 9F82 that offers exceptional accuracy of ±10 seconds per year. The signature design of Grand Seiko is also evident in this model, but here with a larger case size of 40 mm, but still offering a combination of Zaratsu-style mirror polishing and satin-like brushing that maximizes the watch’s interaction with the light, highlighting its complex architecture. The dial is also enlarged, allowing for longer hands and indexes with more sophisticated chamfering to enhances visibility. Despite its low-profile design, the watch has an imposing presence that is sure to turn heads.
