Founded in 1904, ORIS is the oldest independent watchmaker still around.

The Aquis, an icon in its own right, tells the story of the brand’s success in an industry dominated by conglomerates. It incorporates all the essential characteristics of a contemporary tool watch – well-built, water and shock-resistant, and versatile – and follows an aesthetic defined by its functionality. It features an asymmetrical (thanks to the small seconds display) dark blue dial covered by tough sapphire and surrounded by a black ceramic bezel that sits atop a high-end 316L steel 46 mm case. Do not be intimidated by the watch’s size, however – thanks to its short lugs, it wears well on most wrists.
