Omega Speedmaster Co-Axial Chronograph 44.25 Chronometer ref. 311.92.44.51.01.006 Dark Side of the Moon – Mint condition

Among all of OMEGA’s historic timepieces, few are as recognizable or as universally celebrated as the Speedmaster. As origin stories go, one could hardly do any better than the Moonwatch, which was famously ticking on Neil Armstrong’s wrist as he took his “”small step”” from Apollo 13’s ladder to the rocky lunar surface. Having taken part in all six lunar missions to date, the mythical Speedmaster embodies the Swiss manufacturer’s philosophy of innovation, as well as their pioneering and adventurous spirit. It was the first of those missions – Apollo 8 – that inspired the all-black, all-ceramic Speedmaster Dark Side of the Moon, a.k.a. Vintage Black.
This 44.25 mm model stands out from other ceramic Speedies with its brown indices and hands, which complement the vintage-style Super-LumiNova, dial script, and minute track, with the brushed ceramic bezel’s tachymetric scale continuing this color palette. The matte ceramic dial was fashioned using laser technology, and it is adorned with blackened central hands and varnished brown hands on the sub-dials at 3 and 9 o’clock. Last but not least, the watch is outfitted with a stunning, fittingly vintage-styled leather strap.
Inside, proudly showcased by the display caseback, the OMEGA Co-Axial calibre 9300 is ticking confidently away.
Our offering is in superb condition and comes in a full set of boxes and papers.

The cover of said warranty is limited to the function, continuous operation and fair timekeeping and it does not cover misuse, neglect, abuse, water damage or any other form of wearer-inflicted damage.
