The watch is a very sought after vintage Omega Constellation – Officially Certified Chronometer with ref. ST 168.017 SP. The model is one of the emblematic models from the late 60s-early 70s and it was recently confirmed that the C-shaped case design and the black applied markers with Onyx inserts were originally Gerald Gentas idea. It features a very rare linen dial in silver color, cased in a 35 mm case (40 mm lug-to-lug). Everything on our offering is original and in super good condition – dial is immaculate, hands too, original signed crown, signed caseback with the The Geneva Observatory medallion (designed to commemorate Omega’s numerous
triumphs in chronometer competitions), still with the original Omega plexi crystal (with the Omega logo in the middle). Powered by the inhouse cal. 564 – Officially Certified Chronometer movement – here it is sparkling clean, serviced in 2018 and is ticking and looking very good. Comes on a black leather strap with an Omega branded buckle.
Covered by a limited warranty of 6 months, starting on the date of purchase.
