The watch is the Seiko Bell-Matic ref. 4006-6002 from the 70s. It is one of those intriguing Seiko designs that have a lot of contribution to its success through this decade. The watch was made by their Suwa division – the same factory that was responsible for their automatic chronograph. The main functionality of the Bell-Matic is its alarm – set by the inner bezel via the crown and turned on/off by the button on 2 o’clock. It also features a day and date complications on a silver dial with beautiful sunburst finish. It is cased in a rather big case – it measures 39.1 mm in diameter and 42 mm lug-to-lug. Our offering is in good condition for its age – shows some normal wear on the case and has some pitting between 5 and 6 o’clock on the dial. It has been professionally serviced in 01.2020 – now ticking strong and all the functionalities work correctly. Comes on the original branded bracelet.
Covered by a limited warranty of 6 months, starting on the date of purchase.
