It was with its maritime legacy in mind that Omega launched its Planet Ocean line in 2005, but it does more than just pay homage to that legacy – it confidently builds upon it.
The 600M GMT features a 43.5 mm steel case contrasted by a black ceramic bi-directional bezel and a black dial. The latter comes adorned with aggressive trapezoid indices and arrow-shaped hands, as well as an orange-tipped GMT hand. Thanks to its helium escape valve and the screw-down crown and caseback, the 600M GMT is water-resistant up to 600 meters (2000 feet). The balanced size and comfortable bracelet make for a truly pleasing wearing experience.
Last but definitely not least, the beautiful OMEGA Co-Axial caliber 8605 that powers this certified chronometer timepiece can be seen through the exhibition caseback.
