Rolex Sea-Dweller 40 ref. 16600 – Y-Serial from 2002, Rolex Service in 10.2019, Polished per OEM specs

It was in 1967 that, prompted by the increasing popularity of saturation diving, Rolex introduced the iconic Sea-Dweller. It originally started life out as the legendary Comex Submariner, but Rolex decided it deserved its own place – and rightly so.

Not only is the 16600 powered by the time-proven (no pun intended) caliber 3135, it features a helium escape valve that grants it an extra 3,000 of water resistance.
Rolex developed the Sea-Dweller in collaboration with both the US Navy and French Comex divers, so its professional-grade specs are hardly surprising. It sports a 40mm case in 904L steel, no cyclops on the date display, and a unidirectional 60-minute bezel fashioned out of ceramic.

Our offering is in excellent condition, comes in a set of its original boxes and AD service papers from 10.2019, and is outfitted with its original Oyster bracelet with solid end-links.

Covered by manufacturers international service warranty (started in 10.2019).
