Rolex Explorer II ref. 16570 – Black dial, P-Serial

The watch is a Rolex Explorer II from the early 2000s (P-Serial from 2000-2001) with ref. 16570. Originally the model was targeted at the kind of people whose lives took them to the most extreme environments — more specifically, speleologists and Arctic adventurers. So it is a genuine tool watch more than any other model of the company – here in contrast with the rotatable bezel on the other GMT pieces of their line up – it only has an engraved, fixed bezel, that doesn’t give much of useless info. Other than that it features a 40 mm steel case, black dial with lumed indices and hands and the hot red GMT hand. It is powered by the Rolex cal. 3185 movement – the GMT version of the good old cal. 3135. Our offering is in very good condition – ticking good and showing only a few hairpins here and there – nothing major or easily noticeable. Comes with box and purchase documents from last sale.

Covered by a limited warranty of 6 months, starting on the date of purchase.
