Raymond Weil is a well-known, albeit somewhat underrated Swiss brand that got its start in 1976. Today, the manufacturer is widely recognized for offering quality unsurpassed at the price point, which in turn has earned them a legion of devoted followers. As the saying goes, affordable doesn’t have to mean cheap, and few watches embody that sentiment as well as the one on offer here.
The Raymond Weil Maestro is a beautiful watch, no doubt about that. What’s more, its beauty holds up to scrutiny better than any Swiss Watch at the price point. Every part of the Maestro – from the beautiful, multi-textured dial to the stepped stainless steel case – is finished masterfully. The circular outer texture on the dial contrasts the inner pattern, just like its dark color contrasts the bright steel adorning and surrounding it. Thank’s to its conservative 39.5 mm case and dapper leather strap, it fits most wrists very well, generously lending some of its masculine elegance to the wearer. The only element that breaks up the design’s near-perfect symmetry is the date display, which is traditionally located at 3 o’clock.
Inside, proudly displayed by the sapphire caseback, the Sellita SW260-1-based caliber RW4250 is calmly ticking away.
Our offering is brand new, comes equipped with its original leather strap and is in a full set of boxes and papers.
The watch is covered by 2 years of limited warranty from ChronoTimepieces.
