Oris ProDiver Reggimento d’Assalto Col Moschin ref. 01 667 7645 7284-Set – Special forces Limited Edition, Titanium, 49mm

The watch is the Oris ProDiver ref. 01 667 7645 7284-Set (also known as 667-7645-7284RS) – a very special piece made by Oris for the 9th Paratroopers Assault Regiment “Col Moschin” (in Italian – 9° Reggimento d’Assalto Paracadutisti “Col Moschin”) – the Special Forces unit of the Italian Army. As expected this timepiece is a sturdy companion to any of the extreme situations a military mission might require. Everything in it is build with that in mind:
• a 49 mm case – a rather big one, but easy to operate with tactical gloves;
• made out of lightweight titanium, coated with gunmetal DLC, making it non-reflective so that the troopers can maintain their camouflage;
• a tungsten bezel – contrasting enough the case to be easily readable, but not too much;
• Orises Rotation Safety System (RSS) – a patented feature that allows the dive timer to be set only when the top ring is lifted and then relocked to prevent accidental adjustments;
• a water resistance of 1000 meters and a special fast adjustable clasp;
• a magnetic resistance covering the international standards of ISO 764 and its equivalent DIN 8309;
• Oris cal. 667 – an ETA cal. 2897 based movement with date indicator and a power reserve meter.
All those technical features were developed in cooperation with members of the regiment and make the Oris an essential all terrain tool/watch. Our offering is in very good condition – has not been used on the field, but rather carefully worn on the desk. Shows some scratches – mainly on the clasp from diving… desk diving. It was serviced in 2018 and it is ticking per specs. Comes in set with the original box, the international warranty & the product manual.
