Description
Dated to the 1972 De Ville collection from the OMEGA Vintage Watches Database, this Omega has been very well taken care of – it was kept in box over 20 years and now that it resurfaced – it has just been professionally serviced – cleaned and oiled and it’s ticking strong. The cal. 661 24 jewels movement is really something special – it is the smallest ever industrially manufactured automatic movement (regarding the volume (diameter and height)) and it is amazing how efficient the use of the available space in this one is. The watch has the original Omega crown and the original Omega Armoured hesalite crystal (a fancy name from the 70s for acrylic). The quartered dial looks awesome, as well as the hands and the case. This Omega is in overall pristine condition. It is fitted with a matching blue strap with a generic buckle.
