Description

This military Marvin is dated to 40s, issued during the World War II. It has a very rare inhouse cal. 184-3 movement in it – professionally serviced, cleaned and oiled and ticking strong. The dial is very beautiful brown on black one with date signs printed on the outer of it. It looks like it has either been relumed at one point during the past 70 years, or the Lume has aged a lot. Super cool looking hands, with the Date hand being a fancy red one. Roman numerals on 12, 3, 6 and 9 o’clock. Branded movement, as well as branded caseback – on the inside – Marvin Watch Co. and the serial number – 0593032. Case has some dings and dots, here and there. Still very nice condition for its age, serviced and ticking strong, only the crown needs to be held out when winding – it doesn’t stay out on its own. Comes on a black NATO strap that suits the watch nicely.
Please note, that in the macroshots everything looks a lot bigger and almost none of the imperfections (if any) are visible with naked eye in real life. Also keep in mind that those are vintage watches and time keeping is not guaranteed – our pieces are professionally serviced, but there might be some wear on the movements.
