This vintage Glide ladies watch is dated to the early 30s. It has the Alpina 565 (later Universal 258 used by Universal Geneve) 15 Jewel movement in it, professionally serviced – cleaned and oiled and keeping good time. For a 90 year old watch the case and the overall condition are super good – case has good lines, no deep scratches and perfect Gold plating. The crystal has minor scratches, visible only under certain angle – check the pictures but keep in mind that on macro shots everything looks bigger. Marked caseback and movement. Dial looks mesmerizing – well preserved yellow color and magnificent shade of blue hands. Crown is worn, but still good and only adds to the overall vintage feel of this piece. Still on the original stretch bracelet – again cleaned and looking good.
