Rolex cal. 3185 is an in-house developed self-winding (automatic) GMT movement used in their GMT-Master II and Explorer II models since its introduction in 1989 till around 2005. It features a frequency of 28,800 beats per hour (A/h) and a power reserve of 50 hours, COSC certification, 31 jewels, Hacking seconds, a date display at 3 o’clock with Quick Date Correction and GMT functionality (Dual Time zone) via an Independently-Adjustable 24 Hour Hand.
