Solar Watch
A solar watch is a type of wristwatch that uses solar power to recharge its battery and keep the watch running. Solar watches are equipped with a photovoltaic cell, usually located under the dial, that converts light energy into electrical energy, which is then stored in a rechargeable battery. The watch can be charged by exposure to natural or artificial light, and the battery can provide power to the watch for an extended period of time, depending on the size of the battery and the energy requirements of the watch movement. Solar watches are designed to be low-maintenance, as the battery does not need to be replaced, and they are also environmentally friendly, as they do not require disposable batteries.
