Junghans
Junghans is a German watch company founded in 1861 by Erhard Junghans in Schramberg, Germany. The company originally specialized in producing clocks and pocket watches, but later expanded into wristwatches. Junghans became known for its high-quality, accurate timepieces and innovative designs, such as the first wristwatch with a central seconds hand in 1923. In the 1950s, Junghans introduced the first radio-controlled clock, which received signals from a transmitter to set the time automatically. The company has continued to innovate and produce a wide range of watches, including sports and dive watches, as well as more traditional dress and chronograph models. Today, Junghans is known for its minimalistic, reliable and stylish timepieces.
