Rolex Datejust II 41 ref. 116334 Black dial & White Gold bezel – Very fresh, 2011+

Created in 1945, the Datejust was the first self-winding waterproof chronometer wristwatch to display the date at 3 o’clock. Its timeless aesthetic has since had an enormous cultural impact and, along with its revolutionary features, has elevated it to the status of a horological icon. To put it simply, the Datejust is the seminal classic watch.
The example on offer here – ref. 116334 – represents a contemporary interpretation of its predecessor’s classic features.
The watch comes equipped with an elegant 41 mm steel case and an 18 fluted bezel made of 18-karat white gold. The Oyster bezel originally had a functional purpose – to seal the case and ensure its waterproofness – but is now more a mark of distinction. The sunray finished black luminescent dial is adorned with applied white gold Chromalight indices. During the day, their color complements the bezel, and during the night – or whenever light is scarce – their shine ensures optimal legibility.
The ref. 116334 is powered by the caliber 3136 – a certified Swiss chronometer.
Our offering is in excellent condition, comes as watch only and is equipped with its original steel Oyster bracelet. Ticking per specs.

The watch is covered by 1 year of limited warranty from ChronoTimepieces.
